Refund & Exchange
We do not offer refunds or exchange for incorrect purchases once fabric has been cut. If you are not sure if the fabric sample online is the correct colour, pattern, weight or style, please order a swatch or contact us before you make your purchase. The colour of our online samples may vary in appearance between computer monitors, so if colour is critical, contact us before purchase.
If the product is damaged or we have sent the wrong product, we will refund both the product and postage fee (if applicable).
GOODS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We try our best to make sure your goods arrive on time and in good condition. We offer all customers the opportunity to insure the parcel at the checkout process.
When a customer has insured a parcel Sewdainty will launch an investigation on your behalf. These inquiries can take up to 10 business days. If after ten days the parcel cannot be found, we will replace your parcel free of charge. Customers who choose not to take shipping insurance on the parcel accept that we are not responsible for the loss of the parcel and the parcel will not be replaced, reshipped or refunded.
The fabric colours represented in the photos may differ slightly from the actual product, All images are taken in natural light but their appearance on-screen can vary depending on the calibration of your computer monitor. If fabric colour is important, be sure to order a sample before you finalise your purchase online.
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Minimum cuts for all our fabric is quarter metre (0.25 metres). So to order 1 metre of fabric for example, you would set the quantity to 4 in the shopping cart.
